My Story

I began my career as a registered nurse, specializing in operating room nursing. I worked in the nursing profession for over 10 years, but always felt like something was missing. It seemed to me that people were always broken down into parts and treated with a one-size-fits-all approach. They were not encouraged to be a major participant in their own healing process.

My experiences since then have emphasised that nobody knows a person better than they know themselves. Therefore, they are the best source of information about how to heal themselves. My job is to support my clients in accessing this information and to empower them to take ownership of their health and wellbeing.

In my search for that ‘missing something’, I began a Naturopathy course. In my second year, two of my four children became quite ill with different health issues. They were 9 and 11 years old at the time and, after trying both conventional and naturopathic medicine, my boys were still unwell. Although extremely stressful at the time, this proved to be a blessing in disguise. It forced me, out of desperation, to explore other options I never would have considered in the past, eventually leading me to kinesiology. I loved it from the moment I started the course! My younger son had one kinesiology session and was a different child. My older son took a few more sessions, but then he too regained his health and was able to return to school full time.

Kinesiology is a wonderful healing modality that is gentle and non-invasive and very specific to each individual. Each person is treated as a whole being and is an active participant in finding the root cause of what is creating imbalance in their lives. Two people may present with the same issue, but the underlying cause is usually very different.

Whilst studying a second type of kinesiology, I was drawn to another energy healing modality called Pellowah, which helps students connect with their higher selves and open up any intuitive or psychic abilities. It was shortly after my Pellowah training that things really took off! It enabled me to access information and knowledge that I now use to provide awareness and insights for my clients, relevant to the issue they are presenting with.

My sessions have evolved to combine all of my resources from Kinesiology, Naturopathy, Nursing, Pellowah, Psychic intuition, and more, into a unique healing modality which I use to assist clients in identifying any blockages that are preventing them from living and loving life to the fullest. I seek to empower my clients to be an active participant in navigating a way forward that allows them to feel safe to let go of that which no longer serves them. In doing so, they become free to be their true selves and shine brightly for all to see.
